Narae Chaudhry , PTA
Narae Chaudhry, originally from the East Coast, relocated to Chicago in 2013 and studied at Malcolm X College’s PTA program. She’s dedicated to giving back to the Chicago community to promote health, wellness, and provide education regarding overall functional mobility. She is also a NASM certified personal trainer, an ACE certified functional training specialist, and is especially passionate about maintaining physical fitness for elite performance. She personally enjoys training for marathons and recently participated in Chicago’s Spring Half Marathon for the first time and looks forward to running more Chicagoland events. Narae diversifies her workouts as much as she can, running 4-5 times a week, weight-lifting, circuit training, and others. Given the importance of maintaining both day-to-day function and an active lifestyle, she knows the value of injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Aside from working in outpatient therapy, she also has experience in acute hospital care where she worked with patients in the neurological unit. Narae currently provides home health physical therapy with LOOP PT as well.
